Eric Clapton is breaking out of his New York-Los Angeles-London circuit to play a pair of shows in Germany next summer.

Ol’ Slowhand, who retired from full-scale touring a few years ago, has announced concerts for July 2 in Cologne and July 3 in Hamburg. They will lead to his July 8 date in London’s Hyde Park, which will also include Santana and Steve Winwood with Gary Clark Jr. as a special guest.

Clapton’s most recent album, I Still Do, came out in May of 2016 and there’s no word on any current recording plans.
