Feel like buying Slash’s house? You may be in luck; the guitarist, recently returned to the ranks of Guns N’ Roses, has, er, slashed the prices of his mansion in Los Angeles by a cool million.

The property, originally listed for nearly $11 million more than a year ago, is now down to $9.499 million — which will still be a cool profit for Slash, who bought it for a mere $7.3 million in 2007.

The Mulholland Estates digs weighs in at three stories and 10,971-square-feet, with a recording studio, nightclub, a game room, private balconies and more.

Neighbors include Paris Hilton, Charlie Sheen and Vanna White. Slash decided to put the place up for sale as part of his divorce settlement with ex-wife Perla. He himself is busy with GNR’s Not In This Lifetime Tour, which resumes October 27 in Peru.
