Eric Clapton may not be touring anymore, but he will play a few dates next year in the U.S.

He’ll precede his May 22, 24 and 25 shows at London’s Royal Albert Hall with stops on March 19-20 at Madison Square Garden in New York and March 25-26 at the Los Angeles Forum in Inglewood, Calif.

Fellow guitarists Jimmie Vaughan and Gary Clark, Jr. will be special guests, while Clapton’s band will feature drummer Steve Gadd, bassist Nathan East, keyboardists Walt Richmond and Chris Stainton, and backing vocalists Sharon White and Michelle John. The shows will be “a celebration of 50 years in music and just as many decades performing at these two legendary venues,” according to the announcement.

A presale for Chase cardholders runs from noon EST on Dec. 1 to midnight on Dec. 2, while the general public sale begins at 10 a.m. Dec. 3. More details are available at www.EricClapton.com.
